Returns and Exchanges

How can I return a       t-shirt?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your delivery (that is, 14 days starting from the date your tracking number indicates the shipment arrived to your address). Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in new condition. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on the original purchase. Additionally, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In order to return an item, please fill out the Return Form and send the package back to us at the address below, preferably with a method that includes tracking and signature confirmation to ensure that we received your return. Exceptions: All sale items are not eligible for return unless in the unlikely event of a faulty item or incorrectly shipped goods.

Please note: OneTribe® will not accept returns for items returned outside of the 14 day return period, or items that have been worn, washed, stained, impregnated with odors, or damaged in any way. The item must be returned to us with the completed Return Form enclosed.

Our decision will always be final with regard to the condition of items if we have reasonable grounds to believe they have been worn.

How can I exchange a t-shirt?

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, please return your item as directed above and make a new purchase. We produce goods in small batches and things sell out quickly. To get the item you want before it’s gone, return your original item and make a new purchase for the replacement. We will refund your return as soon as we receive it.

Orders

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account to place an order. Creating an account is optional at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the “Order Tracking” option at the top right of the website. Then you’ll need to provide your order ID (included in your invoice) and billing e-mail address (the address you provided at the time of purchase).

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to the point it is marked as fulfilled. Once it’s marked as fulfilled it has been shipped and will need to be treated as a return as the goods will have left our hands. You can check the status of your order by clicking on “Order Tracking” at the top right of the website and providing your Order ID (included in your invoice) and billing e-mail address (the address you provided at the time of purchase). Shipping

How long will it take to get my package?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail/Priority Mail with the option for expedited delivery via Express Mail. Although we cannot guarantee USPS transit time, please allow between 5 – 7 business days for First Class mail delivery.

Note: If a package is returned to OneTribe or lost due to an incorrect shipping address the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.
OneTribe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

How much is the shipping?

It depends on the size of your order. Our shopping cart is set up by item quantity. It calculates rates based on how many t-shirts you have in the cart. Our shipping rate starts at $3.50.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are not shipping internationally but this may change in the near future.

Packaging materials

Most of our shipments are made in 100% recycled kraft mailers which are also fully recyclable & naturally biodegradable.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed through PayPal. At checkout you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure processing page where you’ll have the option of paying with your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.
